Nectar Markets LLC Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

1. The product must be in its original packaging.
2. The product must be deemed defective and/or not compliant in some way.
3. The product itself must be returned.
4. For guests without an account with us, a valid receipt is required.

All returns must be initiated within thirty days of the original purchase date.

Process for Returns:

Step 1: Evaluation of Eligibility

Customers must present the original packaging and the product itself at the time of return.

For anonymous guests without an account, the original receipt must also be presented.

Dispensary staff will inspect the product to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.

Step 2: Verification

Dispensary staff will verify the authenticity of the receipt and review the condition of the product and its packaging.

If the product meets return criteria, the return process will proceed.

Step 3: Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and for the original dollar amount spent on the product.

4. Conditions of Return:

Returns are accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product defect or malfunction.

Incorrect product received (compared to what was ordered).

Non-Returnable Items:

Cannabis products that have been opened or used, unless defective.

Products not in their original packaging.

Products returned after 30 days of purchase.

Products that are not of preference to the patient/adult-use customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Any damage caused by inadequate packaging may affect the eligibility for a refund or exchange.

6. Exceptions and Special Cases:

Defective Products:

If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, customers should contact the dispensary immediately for assistance.

7. Compliance and Documentation:

This return policy complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing cannabis dispensaries in Ohio.

Documentation of all returns and exchanges will be maintained for record-keeping and compliance purposes.

8. Modification of Policy:

Nectar Markets LLC reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.

Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
